Paid web plans for 021flow are processed by Paddle.com.
You may request a refund within the refund window below by contacting [email protected] or Paddle Buyer Support. Refunds may be limited or denied in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of our Terms, excessive usage, or fully delivered custom/one-time digital deliverables.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.
Refund Window
- Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase, by email ([email protected]) or via Paddle Buyer Support.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Annual prepaid plans: a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase; after that, a pro-rated refund of the unused portion may be available.
- Consumed credits or usage may be non-refundable.
