Terms of Service

OurVerse is a web- and app-based educational service for children. Users explore the history of the cosmos, Earth, life, and human civilization along a time axis and a space axis through interactive 3D scenes, learning points, quizzes, and progress tracking.

Free axes (e.g., Cosmos, Earth & Life, Human History, Korean History) are always available. Premium axes (e.g., world civilizations, life science, science, nature) require an active subscription or a one-time per-axis purchase.

• •You may create an account using supported sign-in providers and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account information accurate.
• •We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, automated abuse, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.

• •Web payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our web orders.
• •021flow does not directly store sensitive payment instrument data such as card numbers or CVC; such data is handled by Paddle or its payment processors.
• •If in-app purchases are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are governed by the respective store's terms and are separate from web payments.

• •Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, as shown on the Pricing page.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period until cancelled.
• •If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged for the next cycle.
• •If a free trial is offered, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends.
• •We will provide advance notice of price changes before they take effect for your subscription.

Detailed refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, refunds are processed by Paddle and may be limited in cases such as fraud, refund abuse, or fully delivered one-time digital deliverables.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under applicable law.

• •Reverse engineering the service
• •Excessive or abusive automated requests
• •Exploiting security vulnerabilities
• •Creating or distributing spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or illegal content
• •Any use that may violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy

• •The service, its logos, UI, code, documentation, and educational content are owned by 021flow or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
• •You retain rights to content or data you input. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the service to you.
• •Where the service produces automated or AI-assisted outputs, you are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

We may add, change, or discontinue features and plans, and may perform maintenance or respond to incidents. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid users.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content is for learning purposes and does not replace professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising between 021flow and a user shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws or the right to bring proceedings in a competent court under those laws.
